3. 客户责任

客户需自行确保其数据采集行为符合：

• 数据来源平台的 robots.txt 协议。

4. 风险自负

因客户违反上述规定所产生的一切法律纠纷、账号封禁、经济损失，均由客户自行承担。TokensFlow 保留随时终止违规账户服务的权利，且不承担任何连带责任。

5. 信息披露

如遇执法机关依法调查，TokensFlow 将配合提供必要的信息。

6. 退款政策

本服务为虚拟商品，一经订阅/购买，概不支持退款（因系统故障导致完全无法交付的情况除外）。
